Free, No Obligation, Quotations
If you let us know the details of your project, we will be happy to discuss these with you in detail. Either give us a ring on 01366 382403 or if you prefer, email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any plans that you can send over to us please include them as the more information we receive, the more detailed our quotations can be. We can also offer you comparisons, so for instance, if you would like to compare the cost of softwood against hardwood you can. All our quotations include a u-value (where applicable), so not only can you compare price but also the effectiveness of your joinery.
Design & Advice
When you buy joinery for your home, it is important that you get exactly what you want. If you need any guidance, we are always on hand to provide this for you, it may be about the look of your joinery, what is the most secure locking system or what glass is the most efficient. This advice can be by telephone, email or post or alternatively come in and see us at our office, where we are always happy to take the time to go over things with you.
Free On-Site Surveys
If you need for us to come and measure up for your joinery, please give us a call with the details. We can make an appointment with one of our Directors, Jon Rolfe, who will come and get the dimensions and offer any advice that you require. Alternatively, if you have rough dimensions for us to quote from, we can then give you a price based on these, if you then wish to proceed with an order, Jon can come out and confirm everything before we go ahead and manufacture. Buying joinery should be a personal experience and at Rolfe Joinery we believe that it is important to know our clients and exactly what they require.
Since July 2013, it has been law that all exterior windows and doors must be CE Marked. All CE marked products have their product data supplied in a prescribed 'Declaration of Performance' (DoP) format, allowing for clear and easy comparisons to be made between similar products and ensuring the consumer can make an informed decision. The DoP provides key information relating to the products performance that has been independently tested and verified by an EU notified body. Each product that falls within these standards will also carry a label - either on the product itself or on its packaging - containing the CE mark logo and a number that identifies its corresponding DoP. We recommend leaving this label on your product. However, if you would prefer to remove it, you should download and keep the DoP. Our DoPs will be stored on our website and will be available to access for 10 years. The CE mark is a guarantee for the consumer that the product in question complies with the essential requirements of the relevant European harmonised standard, and can therefore be legally placed on the market.
